AUGUST PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Dear Friends and Investors: Armor achieved two milestones during Q4. The first milestone was the delivery of two prototypes of the electric powered three wheeled pedi-cab to Mexico City. I am very pleased to announce that these units have successfully completed standard certification testing by the official government engineering labs. Our client is pleased with the results of the certification testing and has approved the latest engineering changes made to the frame. We are now waiting for a purchase order from BIMO Electrico S.A.. Our client intends to place an initial order for 500 units, with a follow-on commitment to purchase a minimum of 5,000 units from Armor over a period of 24 to 36 months. With this contract underway, Armor anticipates this vehicle will gain attention by many other high traffic cities worldwide and become a very substantial income producing product for Armor and the associates of the company. Our second milestone achieved this past quarter was the delivery of the first lithium battery powered electric scooter to Armor associates in Florida. The scooter is currently undergoing rigorous performance testing. This product is ideal for resort applications. I am very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
