Two New Board Members Armor Electric Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to the Board of Directors for the company. Mr. LaRoy Orr has joined the Board and been appointed as VP of Marketing and Finance. Ms. Cheryl Schertzer has also consented to join the Board and will continue to act in her previous officer position as VP of Operations. Mr. Orr brings previous experience in management, finance and as a director of a publicly traded company was instrumental in obtaining substantial capitalization for that company. Ms. Cheryl Schertzer has served extensively in various roles within finance, law, computer, semiconductor and telecommunications industries and in contract negotiations for major companies in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan and Ireland.
